“A great place to stay in Grand Rapids”
Staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was really clean, modern, the beds were comfortable, the elevators were big and you didn't have to wait for them. We did a road trip around Illinois, Michigan and Canada, staying in loads of different places, and this was hands down the pick of the bunch.

The ballroom for the wedding I attended there was very nice. I guess the check out process was also fairly easy as well.as the check on process.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. When asked they gave us great recommendations to get our coffee fix. They had just opened up the bar and they made a drink that seemed like they had been doing it for years. Everything was close by. It gave off a relaxed quality atmosphere which we definitely appreciated.
