“Save your money go elsewhere if you want to keep your vehicle out of the tow yard.”
Dirty beds and flat pillows. Bad lights. Threatened to tow our truck because we had backed in to the parking spot. They feel it's safer for everybody to park head of vehicle in. This place must have been a bad location cuz it had off duty police officers and security guards everywhere.

There was no fridge, microwave, coffee pot in the room. No soap. No warm blankets, just a super thin cover.

“Frustrating”
The pool was closed and when called to check facilities weee open was informed yes we have a pool, the staff failed to inform me that the pool was closed due to maintenance issue,, it’s the one reason we booked it... it’s 109 degrees and No pool use!!!

The service was horrible. Their customer service or the lack thereof was definitely why I ended up leaving even if they tried “accommodating” but in reality, they didn’t. They were overbooked, didn’t apologize and there was a lot of back and forth. Continuously ran my card on Sunday morning.
