Located less than 15 minutes' drive from Mauricie National Park, Gîte La Belle Aventure offers accommodation in the small town of Grand-Mère. Rooms come with a queen bed. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, pancakes, home-made jams and local maple syrup. (Isabelle highly recommended a tour at the maple syrup producer. Yummy!) Good tipps as regards hiking tours in the National Park and restaurants nearby.

Superb location in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the region. Outstanding hosts and great breakfast. Communications were very efficient. I liked the 1940's architectural style of the house.

“Feeling at home in a fantastic place!”
Everything was amazing, from the kindness of the host and her recommendations, the home made breakfasts with local maple syrup, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom, and the stunning scenery outside! We rented the 3 bedrooms so we had the whole floor to ourselves and really felt at home!

“Home from home!”
Isabelle is a wonderful hostess and makes the whole house available to her guests - living room, dining room, garden, patio, BBQ etc. The guest bedrooms are beautifully and very tastefully decorated with amazingly comfortable beds. The best bit of our stay though was definitely the breakfasts prepared by Isabelle herself - homemade granola with Greek yogurt plus a selection of freshly prepared pancakes/French toast and toasted bread with local maple syrup and homemade jam or caramel & loads of excellent seasonal fruit.

“Amazing!”
The host was very helpful and really nice. She proposed different activities which were amazing. The breakfast is healthy and homemade so it was delicious. The whole family loved it!
