“A very relaxing, enjoyable stay”
The staff were all very friendly, and accomodating. They gave us instructions about the dining , parking etc. facilities of the hotel The room was comfortable, and the location was in short distance of many varied eating places, and other shops.

The location was great, the staff was kind & welcoming. There is a jacuzzi in the room, which was enormous and the strongest jet I've encountered! There were utensils available, which was helpful.

Our first visit to the Eastern Townships and it was brilliant. The front desk staff were ever so friendly, and spoke perfect English. The ski and restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Being told that because i made the saftey deposit in cash that i had to check out at 8am instead if 11 was a wicked down kill first night away in a long time from the kifs to be able to sleep in and being booted out at 8am was very dissapointing

“Good except terribly loud air conditioner start up”
Room was clean, staff were pleasant, and food in restaurant for breakfast was very good.
