Apartament was a good position near beaches from south part of island where arrive in 20min, Los Cristiano's, las Vistas, Costa Adeje, Camyson, Las Americas. To Teide arrive in 1.5h with 2 alternative road and from Santa Cruz 40min. Siam park is near about 20min and Loro Park about one hour. Inside of apartment at the kitchen you have all the dishes you need to prepare your breakfast or fast cooking, and all are good quality. Bathroom are generous with a good shower cabin and locker for different things. Bathroom are also generous with a big wardrobe for clothes and towels, one big matrimonial bed and extra futon bed use for our daughter. One big livindroom with table for dining, one comfortable sofa big LCD TV. For smokers and not only is there a terrace up where night can see very good stars and sometimes Malky way. We stayed almost 2 weeks and was very grateful.

“Amazing peaceful relaxing recharge time”
Apartment was great and spacious. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable Amazing roof top balcony if you want privacy. Pool was great and cleaned daily .No problem getting beds as it is not crowded. Easy access with your keys. Near to the supermarket and the few good restaurants in the area. Being GlutenFree there is a great restaurant Roots.which is Vegan and Gluten Free and has amazing food. Ideal place to stay if you want to relax and get some rest. Peaceful and quiet at all times. Near the airport but away from the centre of the bigger resorts and shops. Beach is just a short walk and the waves are amazing. The area is clean and safe. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet time away. No nightclubs or late night bars!!!

It was a very modern building, thanks to the underground garages the area looked tidy and nice without cars. It was surprisingly quiet, in the night you could hear the ocean.

“Apartment - La Tejita - El Medano”
A very nice and clean apartment equipped with everything you need (full kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave, electric stove top, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing set). Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is located in a private housing estate with a swimming pool, elevator and underground parking. Very good contact with Lena. I highly recommend.

The apartment was excellent & spotlessly clean. It has all the kitchen equipment including dishwasher & washing machine. It is in a quiet gated community close to the beach, a supermarket & a few restaurants. We enjoyed the solarium, it is very private and enjoys the sun all day. We didn't have a car but used the bus to visit the neighbouring El Medano and Los Abrigos, both had lovely restaurants. Lena was excellent & quick to respond to any queries we had. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.

This apartment is exceptional, modern, spacious and very comfortable particularly the bed. The roof top terrace was an extra treat and fantastic if you want to watch the planes as the airport is close. Very secure property as gated. The attention to detail was amazing with everything you could want. Highly recommended 😀

The apartment has everything you need, very smart and well-appointed. Great location - supermarket and restaurants a few metres away. Underground parking too
