Spacious and well equipped.

The apartment is great, it’s big and really complete with all needed. I was even surprised with it having 2 bathrooms and stuff like a washing machine (was incredibly useful!). The location is excellent as well, in the heart of the city and so close to everything. Area is beautiful. Kitchen is also well equipped

Location is very good, walking distance to pretty much everything. It is very spacious and spotless clean. Bed is very comfy and the washer dryer is a plus!

The location is pretty good, close to anything, and there is a super lovely breakfast place just downstairs called parraga 21 you should definitely pay for a vist :)

Liked the design of the apartment, modern and felt spacious due to wide corridor. The hosts were really responsive and helpful in answering any queries we had.

The apartment is centrally located without much noise from the shopping streets around. The place is bigger than expected and very well equipped for cooking. Bathrooms & kitchen were clean. Bedroom is dark and quiet for a good night sleep.

Over all a wonderful suite in a perfect location for us , easy to get to conference centre or to the shopping or tourist sites . Comfortable bed , air condition working , and well equipped kitchenette

Unfortunately, both toilets of room number three were not clean, there were feces residues. I asked for them to be cleaned, they said they would take care of it, but unfortunately they did not. For these reasons, I am making this comment with regret. In fact, the location of the hotel is very good, the facilities and size of the room are also quite good, the rest of the things were clean. However, since they did not clean the toilets despite our warning, I am making this comment in order to contribute to the development of their hotel, because they deserve better.

Great place to stay. Very confortable an spacious. In the city center, close to parking (€21), but still very quiet. The place matches the description and photos. All instructions are provided via WhatsApp Although we never met staff, we always got prompt responses for any doubts we had. We sure recommend it.

“Lovely clean apartment”

Excellent communication leading up to our stay. The door access code was sent about 20 mins before check in time at 3. There was no issue getting in. Clean apartment, spacious and had all the amenities you needed. Loved the washer/dryer unit which we used and lots of hanging space for the items that didn’t dry fully.

The apartment is modern and spacious, equipped with everything you need. It is very close to the city center.

perfect, really central and walking distance to the Cathedral and to the Plaza Nueva. We even walked to the Alhambra. There is so much room in the apartment for 2 persons , and everything you need is there. Very good value for money.
