We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We loved it! I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Granada, making sure it had a reception desk and was close to the city center (I was choosing between hotels on Gran Via). And when we checked in, I knew it was the right choice! The location is superb, with a taxi stop nearby (no problems at all), shops (El Corte, Mercadona), a pedestrian boulevard, squares, and, of course, gorgeous avenues for evening strolls, a safe environment in the evenings, and endless cafes and restaurants. Communication with the hotel was efficient; they sent me an invoice immediately after payment. The receptionist was very attentive and ready to help with any questions. I have never regretted staying here. The hotel itself is superb: small, very quiet, and the courtyard is a masterpiece of tranquility. The room was wonderful, very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed (kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, dishes, wine glasses, etc.). A nice bonus was a bottle of water, tea bags, coffee capsules, and sugar, which we used. We really liked the air conditioning; the air vents in the wall are well-positioned so they don't blow directly on your head, especially when you're sleeping. It cools you down perfectly, and it was so nice to come back to the hotel after a hot day. I'd especially like to thank the hair dryer—mini hair dryers often attach to the wall and are inconvenient. This one is a powerful Philips hair dryer with a heat protector and a long cord—something I usually struggled with in other hotels with my long hair. Extra towels, etc., were already in the room. Overall, we really liked it and will definitely stay here again.
