I liked everything, the accommodation is in an excellent strategic location near the cathedral, in the historic center of the city. Not only the cathedral is close, but also other historical buildings, e.g. Basilica San Juan de Dios, university botanical garden, the oIdest Arab house, etc., It is also close the entrance to the famous historic district of Albayzín, as well as a bus stop for public transport with comfortable access by minibus to the Alhambra. The location is also full of restaurants, cafes and shops, offering pleasant seating, local specialties and valuable souvenirs. The accommodation is a beautiful, spacious apartment situated on three floors, with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, hall and terrace. The apartment is in a historic house with original interior elements and with valuable materials, marble, ceramic tiles and forged metal details. For lovers of spaces with authentic artistic and historical elements, this accommodation is an ideal choice. From the bedroom on the top floor of the apartment there is a window with a view of the Alhambra. The host is extremely friendly, helpful, he personally waited for us in the late evening to hand over the keys and provide us with a lot of useful information about the realities of Granada, as well as the history of the accommodation house. He also explained to us the most important places and strategic points of the city using the tourist map that he also gave us, and gave tips on good restaurants. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped, in addition to the equipment, a gift from the host was waiting for us in the fridge, e.g. Alhambra beer, tonic, as well as several food items, several types of tea, several types of coffee and many other food ingredients. The bathrooms are also fully equipped with toiletries. The accommodation is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. WiFi also works without problems. If I come to Granada in the future, I will definitely come back here.

The host, Juan, met us at the property to hand over the keys. He was friendly and gave us a very useful introduction to the apartment and orientation to the local area. This included marking useful places on a map of the city, walking with us round the local area to show us the local market, tourist information, and recommendations of where to eat etc. He also provided a summary of the history of Granada to support guests to have a really good experience of the city. The apartment is very central and in a great position to walk to explore all the main sites or to access local bus or taxis.

Very nice apartment on 3 levels. Well set up and very tidy. Prompt response to any questions. Met by the host at the apartment and shown through. Provided great recommendations for dining. Well located to central area; Old Arabic area is fantastic. Alhambra 20-25 min walk. There is a cocktail bar next door on the ground floor which opens at 2200h and runs late.

The property was fantastic! It was large,airy, spotlessly clean and very well appointed with everything you need for a short stay It is beautifully renovated , with views of the Alhambra from the main bedroom Juan , the owner, met us at the property and guided us through the apartment . He then took us on a short orientation tour of the area surrounding the apartment and included some of his favourite eating places - as well as a visit to the tourist information office The location of the apartment means you can easily walk to many sites and monuments I would highly recommend this apartment

The property was very well presented and the bedroom upstairs has an amazing view of that Alhambra. It is located in the centre near all the food and attractions. The perfect place for people watching.Everything was perfect. Well stocked and owner was so helpful.

The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada and the host Juan was extremely welcoming on our arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped and milk, cereals and jam etc that were left for us were most welcome. The master bedroom with views of Granada is truly stunning and the bed enormous and very comfortable. It is a big triplex apartment with 2 sets of stairs and is beautifully decorated and furnished.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre. Wonderful views from the top floor, including of the Alhambra! The apartment is beautiful and is in a lovely old building with its own ice store! The owners are very kind and will explain everything in detail on arrival. Parking is in a separate car park. We will definitely come back!

Attention! This is possibly the best apartment that I found via booking.com. The owners are exeptional, helpful and dedicated. The position of the apartment is perfect to enjoy Granada on foot, without need to take any transportation. The apartment is in the nice building and all the things in it seems new. Fully equiped, and I mean fully. 🙂 The owners left us a lot of things in the fridge that you can enjoy for free. There is everything that you have at home, maybe even more. The bedroom on the top is great to enjoy the perfect morining. Two bathrooms is also an added value. As I am travelling to Granada usually 1-2 a year, I found me longterm option. 😊

The apartment is incredible. The top bedroom gives you the best feeling - super comfortable bed, bright, spacious room, you could literally see sunrise from bed. Amazing! Very centrally located, everything is available within walking distance. All the things are provided in the flat. Actually more than expected!! I felt like a princess. And the most important are the owners, great people, very helpful, I couldn’t dreamt of better hosts. Highly recommended!!

Central location close to bars restaurants and historical sites. High level of comfort throughout. Host is very helpful. My wife and I loved staying here and will return next year.

The only downside is the street noise , especially on the weekend as there are many bars/restaurants in the area. It is also a street used by many vehicles during most times of the day & night. Other than that our stay was great !!

The whole apartment is very clean with a lot of attention to detail, soap, shampoo, shower gell and shaving foam made available. The owner also left us tea bags, coffee, milk, juice and water and was there to greet us. The apartment is very close to all the main historic sites and right in the heart of the restaurants and cafés.

The apartment is very nice with an amazing top floor master bedroom. You can actually see Alhambra from the bed! Location is extremely good for a weekends exploration of Granada. Facilities are more than adequate. Juan Antonio is very welcoming and helpful host. Gracias! Highly recommend!
