Spacious, nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Air conditioner is in living room and also in bedroom. Near center and near Albayzin by walk or by bus. Free parking in garage 5 to 10 minutes by walk from the apartment. We had a problem with parking card upon entry, but we informed immediately Nico about it and he helped us and solved our problem as soon as he could, so we didn’t pay anything for parking last day. Thank you!

“Excellent”

It was the best place we could imagine. The location is amazing. It's in the center, so you can just start visiting Albaicín from there. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Easy and quick contact with owners, they were also very helpful. There's a free parking available 10 min walking from there, because it's an old town and you can't park next tot the building. But it's possible to drive to the door for a moment to leave luggage. We would choose it again if we come back to Granada.

It’s a home away from home. Apartment is well equipped with stuff you need. Laundry, cooking, air-con’s, etc. What impressed us the most is the owner. Nico is extremely very helpful even before arrival. Very clear instructions about entering the apartment. She gave us a very insightful list about to do, to ear, and everything. During our stay, she even assisted us book concern tickets!

Wow what a beautiful apartment great location central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere with lots of options to restaurants. Right next a bus line as well Host gave detailed instructions on parking and locating apartment. Everything went smoothly.
