It’s the little things that really help, such as a few pouches for clothes washing, tablets for the dishwasher and coffee pods! Also brilliant front row seat for the Semana Santa parades going right past the balcony

Our communication with Estela was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, she was attentive to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. She was always available, responding almost instantly to any questions, and offering great recommendations for places to eat, sights to see, and even where to park if you have a car. As for the apartment – it's simply outstanding. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It really feels like a home away from home, right in the heart of Gran Vía. The location couldn’t be better. The apartment features three generous bedrooms and two full bathrooms – a real bonus. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. There’s an elevator, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with large suitcases, like we were. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the essentials are provided – shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and more. The kitchen is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need: cold drinking water, a coffee maker, plenty of plates, cups, cleaning supplies, and much more. This place is more than just somewhere to stay – it’s a space where you can truly feel at home. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. The cleanliness of the house, its comfort, and the availability of all necessary amenities completely satisfied us. We are happy that we made such a successful choice. The host was very hospitable and friendly. They explained everything to us in advance. The house was so conveniently located that we didn’t need to use any transportation. The market, stores, and restaurants were right under the house. In short, a perfect place and a perfect vacation!

The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bus stops, and supermarkets. View of the apartment can see the city church. The rooms are clean and safe. Estela takes good care of me and my family. She responded quickly to my messages and recommended places to visit. The apartment has an elevator.

Loved the look and feel, as well as the location of the property. Close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient, easy check-in. Parking was close by (even if getting a big car around the garage is a bit tough). Estella was amazing!! She looked after every one of our needs. So helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew everything we needed in advance. We had great meals and saw great sights
