The location was perfect, on the edge of the Albaicín, within easy reach of the Alhambra and other tourist attractions, as well as near to lots of restaurants and a supermarket or two. The staff were friendly. The building is beautiful, very traditional, picturesque and atmospheric. The kettle and biscuits in the room were a nice touch. The fridge and mini bar were excellent and most welcome.

It is like going to Morocco with a Spanish twist. Very calm and out of the noisy Granada.

“Very pleasant stay in a very comfortable hotel.”
The hotel is excellently located close to all attractions, numerous restaurants bars etc. Staff were very friendly. Decorated in a traditional Andalusian style which very atmospheric. Very clean and very quiet.

Great location, in the Albaycin, local buses to Sacromonte and Alhambra 2 minutes walk. Souks, cathedral and many other “must see” attractions a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, just like being in a Moroccan medina. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful, cheerful. All female too.

“Wonderful staff at a fascinating historical hotel!”
The reception and breakfast staff was excellent! So kind and generous with their time, ensuring we had what we needed and wanted. Kept us fully informed of parking requirements and that a demonstration would be happening the day of our arrival with the inability of taxis to enter the historical zone where the hotel is. The home baked goods for breakfast were absolutely delicious!! Great history of the hotel and fun to explore all the different passageways!

Everything was just spot on: the location, the atmosphere, the surroundings. Hosts were very welcoming, polite, knowledgable and eager to help. Room was very cozy, clean and felt like you were in an ancient palace. Breakfast was very good and filling. We loved the stay and would highly recommend!
