I had a truly wonderful experience at Barceló Granada Congress from start to finish. From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and well organized. It was very easy to understand that this hotel met my requirements, and shortly after booking I received a link for online check-in, which I completed in just a couple of clicks. The location is excellent, very convenient for access from the highway, while still being close enough to enjoy walks around the city. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and quality. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities, but the pool and the views from the 6th floor were absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were upgraded to the delux room with the city view. Some sweets were prepared on the table as a gift. The parking place and breakfast were free. We enjoyed also the good view of the city from the sky bar.

We have enjoyed our stay in the Barcelo Granada Congress Hotel. The hotel has a good location, great staff and the underground parking is also easy. The breakfast is crowded but the selection is amazing.

“Excellent room and breakfast”
My room was a good size, clean and with a comfy bed. Breakfast was exceptional with a good choice. Also the underground carpark was useful as I was travelling by motorcycle although it should be free!

“As a part of a tour of Spain and a first time in Granada the hotel set the tone superbly.”
It was what I would expect from a Barceló Hotel. Facilities were excellent the staff were excellent. The maitre de was a professional in every way.

A large modern hotel just on the edge of the city. A 10€ Uber got you to the Palace. A 15min walk into the city. A Hotel that surpassed all our expectations Small but cooling off swim pool. Breakfast choice was exceptional, variety and quality. All staff were very accommodating, assistance given in every way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, the bed enormous and so comfortable. bathroom facilities very good. We only stayed two nights would have enjoyed longer ***** five star quality, well done to all staff.

Absolutely stunning building and view of the mountains to the east. We had paella for lunch that was amazing, room was of a very high standard. Close enough to the city centre, just a short walk.

“Very good business oriented hotel.”
Everything worked well in this business-oriented hotel just off the Autovia on the city's western edge. A modern hotel, not lots of character, but if you want a competent hotel where things work, try this. Wonderful breakfast in a large and sunny room was wonderful. The egg station chef even remembered how I like eggs after just one day! Lots of fruit and cold cuts and cheese, too. And a few minutes before breakfast is over, staff comes to every table to tell you that if you want more, get it now. Front desk staff was a mixed bag: the evening shift was brusque but efficient, while the morning staff was not only efficient but charming and knowledgeable too. Garage parking is 18 Euro a day, but if you park early enough, you might get a free space nearby on yhe street. And Granada makes it difficult to impossible to drive and park in the city center.
