We had a very warm welcome with a lot of information. Staff was very obliging Complementary water , fridge and kettle. Toiletries provided. We had a quiet room on the third floor (lift to the 2nd and then stairs but very easygoing).

The hotel is placed at a great location and the room is very clean, it has space for all you need and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The furniture is not the newest, but it does the job and it fits the vibes of the city/neighbourhood.

Excellent venue near to all major sights. Convenient for bars cafes shops. Buses and taxis are abundant. Everything we need for our stay in Granada

All was good ! Why we didn't put a good rating it's because of the noise at night, there was very bad isolation in the rooms, and we heard some Interesting noises at night... It was like they were whit us in the room

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! The lady at the reception , as well as other staff were phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They provided info about the city. They put a big bottle of water and chocolates in the room as welcome gifts. They even offered me a bottle of water when I checked out. You could get your room cleaned every morning for free if you'd like. The location of the hotel is great, near the main road, very close to the historic center. There were many shops and cafés in the neighbourhood.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff! Everyone speaks English well. Special thanks to Valentina, who welcomed us after all the issues with another hotel. We were given complimentary water more than once. The room was perfectly clean and our stay went off without a hitch. Location is top!

The location was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Although our room didn’t normally come with a kettle, we contacted them in advance because the weather was chilly and rainy, and they kindly provided one for us. Every day, they offered a large bottle of water for free, and even on checkout day, they told us we could take one with us. We didn’t take it because our luggage was heavy, but the thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The room had plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient. We stayed in a room with three beds, and each bed had its own outlet. They also prepared a towel shaped like an elephant and a welcome message in our name in the room—so sweet!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful in addition to the very clean room

The place is perfectly located. Valentina on the reception helps so much. She is nice. The heating of the hostel is perfect for winter days that you do not need turn on the ac. Hot Water pressure is well too.
