These charming apartments are set in the historic Realejo neighbourhood of Granada, metres from the Plaza Nueva. Each offers heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. The Apartamentos San Matías is a lovely building from the early 20th century. Some superior apartments offer a large private terrace. The one-bedroom apartments at the San Matías feature a microwave, fridge and washing machine. Cooking utensils and a tea/coffee maker are also included. The marble bathroom comes with amenities.

“Exceptional stay with the kindest hosts — perfect with a baby”
The location is absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance of everything, yet easy to access. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the heating was excellent, which made a big difference for a winter stay. We were traveling with a baby and felt incredibly well taken care of. They provided a baby cot, high chair, and extra towels without any issue. There is also an elevator, which is a huge plus when traveling with luggage and a stroller. What really made the stay exceptional was the hosts. On our last day (a rainy weekend), we met the lady and her mother and they were truly wonderful. They helped reroute our taxi to a more convenient exit, assisted us with all our luggage, and helped us get into the taxi while we were carrying our baby in heavy rain. Such kindness is rare and very much appreciated — genuinely the best hosts.

Very good location in Realejo and at the same time kind of hidden near St Matias church and protected from noise and disturbances from bars nearby. Nicely furnished, exceptional attention from the staff taking care of the apartments. Wry good value for money.

Wonderful location, convenient to transport, great access and lift. We overlooked St Matias Church which was very pretty. A short walk to the bus taking us straight to the Alhambra Palace.

There was no dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher or washing powder for the washing machine. We asked for it and they did not oblige and we had to go out and buy our own.

Fantastic location with beautiful natural light. Just a 4-minute walk to Plaza Isabel la Católica, where you can catch the bus to La Alhambra—a must-visit. The city center is just 5 minutes away, perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Only 6 minutes to Granada’s stunning Cathedral, another essential stop, and 7 minutes to the charming Plaza Santa Ana. From there, if you continue straight ahead, you’ll reach the lower part of La Alhambra and you can have food and/or drinks to enjoy with fantastic views.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Being on the 4th floor we also felt secure with our possessions. The large outside area was a bonus and as the weather was great we made good use of it. Communication was very good.

“Great location, terrible noise at night from bar below.”
Great location- walking distance to all the sites, very central :) clean property. Great value for money :) Only downside was the terrible noise at night as there was a bar at the bottom of the same street- and despite keeping our windows shut the entire night as advised- it didn’t do much to cancel the cacophony of the crowd outside until late hours- and I’m a deep sleeper. If you’re a light sleeper; it would be a headache.
