“Perfect traditional Granada appartment.”

Stunning apartment in the perfect location. So quiet and beautifully decorated. Fifteen minutes to the Alhambra. Three minutes to some great bars and tapas places. So comfortable and clean, laundry facilities and a elevator. But the best thing was Paco. He could not have been a better host. He made lots of great recommendations, and the wine "from my mother" was such an unexpected and thoughtful treat.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay. Paco is a gentleman and was more than helpful. Would highly recommend staying in this beautifully refurbished building.

Location was excellent, the foyer and room were furnished in a lovely way. The fountain in the foyer was tranquil and a nice welcome. The laundry facilities were also very handy after being on the road for 4 weeks!! It was so close to the man hub yet the room was lovely and quiet. Bit of a steep climb if you are not mobile. The communication for checkin plus places to visit was amazing. Loved it and would stay again!!

“Beautiful a partment in old Granada”

This a modern apartment in a beautifully renovated old building. Our host was really helpful and provided us with all the information about the apartment and local places to eat. It is just a short walk to the Alhambra and other sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer in a seperate laundry. It was very secure. The wifi worked well. There was a lift to our second floor apartment.

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Granada”

An incredible place to stay in the heart of Granada, one block back from the Main Street and right near a supermarket. Excellent location not far from the Alahambra, spacious, airy, impeccably clean, great kitchenette and amazing washing/drying facilities. Beautifully renovated building and apartment with quality finishes. Every detail thought of! Paco was a fabulous host providing ample recommendations and leaving some treats for our stay. Highly recommend! Note - a few stairs leading up to the property, but once inside the lift worked perfectly.

“Fantastic location, beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment”

The apartment was immaculately clean & comfortable. The building and reception area is beautiful. The location is fantastic short walk to all the major sites, bars and restaurants. There is a lift, not that you really need it for 2 floors. A separate bedroom beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Three air conditioning units with two in the open living/kitchen space and one in the bedroom are a blessing after returning to the apartment from Granada's searing heat. The host Paco was fantastic looking after all our needs. There was a coffee maker with sufficient pods for our stay and a number of other complimentary condiments. We cooked breakfast each day on the stove top, there is no oven but a microwave. A separate washer room on the bottom floor with 2 washing machines and dryer including detergents. The bathroom is a good size with a relatively large walk in shower and strong water pressure.

“Amazing Apartment”

The apartment was by far the best we've stayed in in Granada. Paco, the owner, was a superb host. He gave us so much useful information and he left us a bottle of wine, biscuits and pastries and a supply of tea, coffee, sugar etc. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. This was an absolute gem and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

Almost everything. It felt like a home from home. It was extremely comfortable and - except when the street cleaners passed by- very quiet.

It was quiet, super clean, nicely designed, and had free laundry. The host was wonderful!

Location was perfect. Everything about the apartment was fantastic. Shower hot, bed comfortable and a lovely welcome plate and a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend the apartmentos for your stay in Granada. It even has a lift. So no carrying the bags up more stairs. 5 Stars

Very stylish and spacious lounge and dining area. Lovely gifts of wine, biscuits and olive oil. Laundry room with dryer. The location is great, very near to the lovely walkway up to the Alhambra, the Plaza Nueva for local red buses and lots of good restaurants.
