Absolutely amazing stay from the first minute to the last! Paco is the loveliest host and just wants you to have a fantastic experience in Granada with all his great tips. Very warm and welcoming. I wish all hosts were like Paco! The room exceeded our expectations, superbly clean with a comfy bed and all you may need. Location is fantastic too, just a few minutes from Plaza Nueve. I would come back in a heartbeat!

This place was absolutely fantastic - it was a bit more than I'd usually spend but definitely worth the treat. Paco, the host was very helpful and provided very useful local information that really helped me to get around. For example, there is a public bus stop literally down the road which goes directly to the Alhambra - I had planned to use a taxi so this tip saved me some money too! The apartment had everything I could have needed and was well thought out. Paco's mother left a bottle of wine and some treats in the apartment for my arrival. Although I did not drink the wine, it was such a nice touch and very thoughtful. There was even ice in the freezer which was very welcome as it was warm and I'd been out and about all day. I loved everything about my stay here and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Paco to you and your mother.

The place has a beautiful courtyard, and the apartment was spotless and well-organized. We were greeted with thoughtful welcome gifts, including a bottle of wine — though we didn’t manage to open it, as we were already indulging in plenty of wine at the tapas bars (oops!). Paco was incredibly welcoming and shared a lot of useful tips about the city.

“A perfect place to stay with all you need”

Excellent facilities - spacious apartment, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, a kitchen with everything one would need, the bathroom was good n we had great showers. Paco n his mum gave us a complimentary bottle of delicious wine. Paco also provided us with detailed info on where to go, how to get there and provided excellent suggestions for eating out!!

This apartment was traditional style and spotlessly clean with lots of little extras like olive oil, tea, wine etc. only 4 minutes walk to the cathedral and many great coffee shops. The owner was very helpful with recommendations.

“A pleasant stay for a couple”

Our appartment 1C was good for a couple for short stay. We like traditional style. Small kitchinette , well equiped.The historical building with a charming patio has lift and also laundry room with two washing machines and one drying and all you need for laundry. This part of the street is narrow pedestrian so if you drive in to drop off the baggage, you'll have to stop at number 27 and walk to your 17. Then you have to drive back on reverse through the curved street. Not a problem for a good driver on a small car (having full insurance) . Paco provides full information on nearby parkings. His gastronomical recommendations are very useful. If you are going to visit Alhambra, book the tickets at least a month before, check availability. Transport is very easy to use , euro 1.60, pay the driver. One less visited that we found extraordinary marvelous stunning is Monasterio de la Cartuja. Worthy to see. The free to visit Carmen de los Martirez gardens are beautiful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, good location, friendly hosts.

Very comfortable apartment in a beautifully restored building on a quiet street, just a few minutes from Plaza Nueva. Paco the manager was very helpful.

An exceptional apartment, meticulously decorated with attention to every detail. The building welcomes guests with a beautiful entrance, featuring a serene murmuring fountain. The host is incredibly helpful and kind, even offering a bottle of wine from his cellar as a warm gesture. While the bathroom could be a bit larger and a Bialetti-type cafetiera would be a nice addition, these are minor suggestions rather than criticisms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

“Perfect”

Beautiful, clean, easy to find and lots of room! There was a kitchen, lounge and even an iron. What more could you ask for. Location was great. There is not such a central area in Granada where you must stay like other cities. It was really close to everything

The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to the Alhambra and the city centre for the cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment building was very impressive, being built around a central courtyard with fountains providing cool fresh air - a credit to the host. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
