Location is perfect!the room has full equipment (including iron),clean ,the bed is comfortable!breakfast is good!

We loved our stay, the staff made everything so relaxed and easy. Lovely rooms and communal pool area which was perfect to relax in after a busy morning exploring. Right in the heart of the city, yet felt secluded and peaceful. Brilliant location, couldn’t have asked for better. Everyone was so lovely and nothing seemed like a bother. Great communication from before arrival and arranging transport to checking out. Delicious varied buffet breakfast with an egg station (&pancakes on the weekend!). Great air con which came in handy. Bed was HUGE. We enjoyed sitting on the bar terrace watching the plaza and people. Reasonably priced tours (which were competitive in price from what we saw advertised around the city) that were enjoyable and felt tailored to us. We thought it was excellent value for money and the staff really made it a great stay.

Beautiful building and courtyards, decent breakfast (we liked the fact it had granola and plain yoghurt as an addition to the normal buffet options and egg station), very central location was extremely convenient.

The hotel is excellent. It has a superb location, right on Granada's main square. All attractions are at walking distance, even at night. It also has a private parking which is very convenient if you are coming by car. The hotel is located in a traditional building with a patio, which has a very nice swimming pool in the middle, which unfortunately I did not manage to try. The room I stayed was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The ratio quality/price is good because the quality of the hotel is very high.

I was worried the location would be noisy as it is across the road from the park/square, but that was quiet after about 9pm. The pool area is lovely, very relaxing...breakfast was amazing, lots of exotic fruits, omelets being made by the chef, big choice, green juices - all delicious. The room was large with 2 huge beds, lovely bathroom, very clean, hot water, and I love that there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. And 2 big bottles of water. Excellent hotel and staff.

Colonial-style hotel in the most central location possible, with friendly personnell who helped to hire taxi to go to San Carlos. Breakfast (buffet) on first two days (weekend) excellent, on Monday quite slow and restricted choice
