The bed and pillows were actually super comfortable. Wifi was good The free breakfast of pancakes was good - except in other hostels you can get way more included in your free breakfast.

Lovely reception / common areas. Cramped dorm with squeaky steel bunks. One outlet with power board. No light, no curtain. No locker. No towel. It is true (as others reviewed) the guy on reception rounds up the booking.com price and applies bad exchange rate but it doesn't add much. Included breakfast of fruit and black coffee. Basic kitchen

The hotel cancelled my reservation due to a roof problem. They contacted me and offered a shared room, but that’s not what we needed.

Location wasn't too far from the center of Granada. Staff was nice. The indoor is cute.

“The worst hotel of my life”

Nothing

So first, my room came with an air conditioning without asking for it and without an extra bill. And the room was also clean. I think the shared rooms came without AC if I am not mistaken. This only as I saw some reviews, mentioning not having an AC. The staff was friendly and is pretty helpful. All in all it was really ok considering the price

This hotel was much nicer than other reviews suggest. We did have a double room which was clean and comfortable.

We got to the hotel and the staff told us that our reservation that was clearly confirmed by this platform didn't register, instead of taking accountability and trying to to make things right we were met with nothing but indifference, as they just shrugged their shoulders and didn't care about us, we had to search for a new place to stay on the spot by our own means, they didn't even try to give us recommendations for other places similar to theirs. Completely disappointed Also they said the hotel contacts the people after they book but this was our first time with this place and didn't know that's allegedly what they do.

Price was different to advertised on booking.com. Receptionist said “it’s like that on booking.com” and was quite dismissive and rude to us. This left a bad first impression. The dorm was ok, there was aircon at night but only if there’s at least 3 in a dorm. Free breakfast was ok, but took a while to come (45mins +). All in all wouldn’t really recommend because of the rude staff member when checking us in. Didn’t catch his name

Comfy bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, spotless bathroom, nice pool, chill area, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.

Comfy bed and friendly staff. Nice free breakfast with our booking although not a lot of coffee with it. Just a small cup and no sign of a refill.

“A bit disappointed”

The place is clean with a nice common area with pool. The room was spacious and confortable. The downsides : Way too hot in the room, no air passing through (we’d advise taking the option with AC). The staff asked for more money than written on booking, claiming there was some « tax you can’t see on booking » … why hasn’t this happened anywhere else then ? Breakfast is served when it is served. They write on the board that it’s from 7:30 am and confirm at the desk the person will start cooking at 7:00 am. No one was there when we left at 7:45 so don’t expect to enjoy the included breakfast if you’re leaving early, despite what they advertise.
