“Great and relaxing stay in a picturesque spot”
The property exceeded my expectations; everything was perfect, the room was clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Communication with the owner was excellent, a very caring lady. No problems with communicating in English. The room's window view was breathtaking.

“Exceptional hostess, recommend!”
The hostess was amazing and accommodating, the same can be said about the breakfast. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that had worse breakfast than here. Also the view from my room was amazing, looking upon the mountain creek of Waxenstein. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would recommending anyone else to stay here as well!

“Fantastic, I would definitely stay here again, and I plan on doing so.”
Loved my stay here. Great location, Grainau is picturesque. You can see Zugspitze from the front door. And the beautiful Lake Eibsee is close by. Train station a little up the road. Host was great, spoke better English than I did German!

The host was absolutely incredible, such a nice lady! The breakfast was small but really nicely prepared by the host - perfect for our wishes for a short stay. The location couldn't be better!

The Host was very nice and very accomodating. The room is very comfortable. The house is easy to find and is sorrounded with shops. Sabine provided a very delicious breakfast and was very considerate of our time.

“Friendly, pieceful, beautiful!”
I loved the place. How the owner welcomed us. I loved the food what I got with a special needs (glutenfree and lactosefree). Sabine was really kind and friendly. We got an amazing room with an awesome view. It is close to Eibsee. We loved!
