Comfortable and homely apartments in a fantastic location. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Well located to enjoy walks in the beautiful nature and surroundings. Hosts made us feel very welcome.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location in Grainau is perfect — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet still convenient for exploring the area. The views from the window were absolutely stunning. The host was very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-equipped the apartment was.

“Wonderful home stay with all facilities”
A very nice and courteous owner who helps you in every way! looking over mountains from the balcony is treat for the eyes! Location of property is also very good, has public transportation in close vicinity and ample parking spaces available for the car. Nicely maintained kitchen too with all utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Amazing view on the mountains, huge balcony. Very hospitable owners. Delicious fresh bread for breakfast. And a beautiful lake just 5 minutes walk from the apartment

Everything was great! Apartment was bigger than we expected with huuuge balcony and amazing view! Kitchen is filled with everything needed for cooking and having breakfast just in front of the green fields and mountains! Apartment is filled with cozy stuff that makes you fill like home) Thanks a lot!

“Fabulous.”
Friendly welcome by host Kathrin. Loved the modern contemporary apartment but with the subtle little traditional touches. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. And I would thoroughly recommend to stay if in the area.
