Overview
Situated in a country setting surrounded by gardens, this guest house is situated a 5-minutes drive from the centre Grahamstown. The rooms at A Stone’s Throw are individually decorated and offer tea-and-coffee making facilities and a TV with selected satellite channels. Fantastic place for a great price. Only slight annoyance was there was a coffee plunger provided but only instant coffee. Coffee grounds would have been appreciated!

The location was beautiful, peaceful and conveniently located to Makhanda. It was spacious and well-appointed and a wonderful haven for our very busy festival time.
