Our stay at Tenuta Castel dell’Aquila was truly unforgettable. The castle itself is breathtaking, full of history and charm, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a unique experience of staying in a genuine medieval castle. The views from the property were stunning, surrounded by peaceful countryside. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Nice experience from this staying. Historic and fairytail vibe is really something. If you are travelling through italy this place is nice stop. We saw that people who are interested in, really care about this place. I highly recommend this place!

You guys made our stay truly special and ensured we didn’t have a single worry. ❤️ We stayed at Tenuta Castello dell’Aquila for three nights as a couple, and it was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this review – something I rarely do. The atmosphere of this place is something else: the historic castle full of soul and stories, the warm and welcoming community around it, the romantic and lovingly designed grounds with details in every corner. From every angle, you're greeted with breathtaking panoramic views over the Tuscan valley – and when you’re relaxing at the dreamy pool, it’s easy to forget the outside world exists. Our absolute highlight: the unforgettable dinners on the terrace at sunset. The incredible antipasti platter, the attentive and kind service, and that view – oh, that view! – made each evening magical. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to keep this place a secret… but it's just too good not to share. One small tip: we came straight from a three-week trip with two huge suitcases, and we definitely got our workout in – as is proper in a castle with real character, there are quite a few stairs (and the views from the rooms are worth every step!). If you can, pack a smaller bag for your stay to make it easier. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. 💫

The location is beautiful, absolutely marvelous. It is really a castle, the rooms are fantastic, the dinner was super cosy. It is perfect for a night as a couple ( can also recommend it as a potential proposal location, with the beautiful sunset ) Andrea was super nice and fun and truly embodies the spirit of the location. Can also recommend the pool and hot tub. It was a great experience.

“Unique Accommodation with stunning views and amazing service”

The location was just stunning, on the top of a hill with a 360 view from the garden, so pretty isolated from any noise or light pollution. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with views across the valleys. The service we received was second to none, attentive to our needs, personal, we felt really well looked after. The jacuzzi in the gardens after a long bike ride in a wood fired hot tub with beautiful lemon and lavender oils was very relaxing. Dinner at the nearby farm with homemade dishes with ingredients from the farm was very enjoyable.
