The property is located at Clarenza, 5 minutes’ drive from the Grafton Bridge, and offers accommodation with a patio and views of the surrounding countryside. Situated on 25 acres, Belvoir Cottages is 10 minutes’ drive from South Grafton Golf club and 15 minutes’ drive from Grafton Base Hospital. You can visit the local beaches, including Wooli Beach and Minnie Water which are a 30-minute drive away. Each air-conditioned cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ facilities and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a hairdryer. Breakfast provisions include the property's own fresh eggs, bacon, cereals, milk, breads and juice.

“Ahhh the serenity!!”
Perfect little cottage with so many extra touches. Home baked goodies were delicious! Situated out of town but still close enough. Peace and tranquil sitting on the porch watching the animals. Above and beyond anywhere I have stayed before. Would definitely recommend to others.

This delightful cottage filled our wishes in every way. It was a little step back into the past but with all the modern conveniences. The bed was very comfortable and enjoying a cup of coffee whilst watching the sun rise over the paddocks was a great way to start the day. Breakfast provisions were plentiful with lots of homemade added treats. The peace and quite was just what we needed. Thank you.

“Beyond perfect. We will be back again to stay here!”
Prior to arrival I received a message advising house was unlocked & ready for us to arrive. I had driven from South coast NSW with my 17 month old & this was unreal for us to have an easy carefree arrival. The house was beautiful, inside and out & we wish we were staying longer!

A perfect, quirky vintage cottage set up with everything I needed and added treats. There was even a friendly pony who came to say hello over the fence. The homemade slice was delicious. I felt very welcome and had a lovely stay.

“Perfect relaxation at a beautiful, historical cottage”
The quaint cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the additional thoughtfulness of our hosts with not only a generous, delicious breakfast, but lovely cake slices to enjoy with a cuppa. We had everything we needed, including a washing machine and loved the rural outlook and lovely gardens. We would not hesitate in staying at Belvoir cottages again.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable, host was amazing providing breakfast and home baked cakes and slices on arrival. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. I would recommend the cottage weather travelling for work or after a nice retreat.
