“Warm, welcoming, comfortable and we felt at home.”

Incredibly warm welcome from the owners, Anne and David, with a quick tour around our area of the house. Anne was very detailed and there was so much information, plus heaps of excellent books about the history of Grafton. The bed was SO comfortable, and the breakfast was more than you could ask for! We had to leave early the next day and Anne got up especially for us to ensure we weren't hungry on the drive home. There was even a tea/coffee nook with biscuits, which was so welcome after a 3hr drive. All of the information in the lead up to our stay was clear and concise and told us everything we needed. We were out at a dinner for the evening and came home to a warm, cozy arrival thanks to Anne turning on the fire/furnace and a lamp for the dark. Little thoughtful gestures were all around the property and we can't wait to go back and stay longer.

Anne and David were delightful hosts. Truly an authentic bed and breakfast. Quite secluded in but lovely view over farmland.

Such a beautiful homely setting & warmly welcomed by Anne & David, amazing hosts & hospitality, next level! Upon arriving, Anne showed us to our beautiful suite, we were gifted a delicious, freshly baked afternoon tea cake from David & coffee, giving us time to unwind after our trip, complete with large open balcony, overlooking the mountain ranges, kangaroos & stunning sunset! And to top it all off, it was followed by a scrumptious hot breakfast from Anne's country kitchen the next morning, that set us up, ready to take on the day, yum! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality, Anne & David, we can't wait to return again soon! x

Quiet roomy $ just beautiful

Loved how much space we had and the thought that had gone into making us feel at home. Very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast, exactly why we were there.

The owners were lovely and friendly

Very welcoming and accommodating. Definitely a step up from the usual motel room. Effectively a large apartment to yourself with a large veranda overlooking the fields.
