Very unprofessional behavior from the hotel. Our reservation for 4 nights was not in the hotel’s booking system. The manager re-located us to another hotel twice, with no compensation. The level of accommodation did not match the price or service level we have reserved. On Booking, our reservation was deleted from history, showing that it does not exist. No response from booking customer service. I am passing this case on to our legal representative."

“Great hotel in Grado”
Very pleasant hotel with super nice personnel. The room is great, the beds very comfy, the breakfast is tasty and fresh. The hotel is close to the center and the beach.

Receptionist, Victoria :), super contactable and nice girl. Very helpful, happy to suggest where to go, what to eat. Location, room facilities. Comfortable bed. Contact with the hotel Also after our stay, we left a sweatshirt in the wardrobe and they managed to organise a send back without any problems.

“A great city escape in Grado”
Very cosy apartment with two bathrooms and a nice balcony. The app. Easily accommodated 4 persons and there is a extra single bed. Nice and clean. The location was great as it’s in the city center. You can also use the hotel bicycles for strolling around. Bicycles seams to be the main mode of transportation in Grado.

“Nice hotel, but wouldn't go back”
The staff was nice and helpful. We had a slow drain in the shower and it was fixed the same day. We had a very late check-in that went smoothly with the help of the staff who pre-arranged access to our key. Grado is a great resort town with plenty to do and see. The restaurants were nice and the beach was great. The room was adequate for our needs.

Parking is challenge in the neighborhood. The air conditioning did not work. The breakfast was excellent, and the manager/owner was super helpful. The location is OK. (small town, everything is within walking distance).

“Good, relaxing staying in beautiful Grado and the chance to visit archaeological Aquileia.”
Perfect location in the same square of the bus station (Grado can be reached only by bus), and next to the historical centre. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly.

A nice little hotel close to the centre of grado (5mins per foot) and also to the beach (10 mins). Our room was clean and spacious and due to an upgrade it even had a little kitchen. The hotel has a little playground in the near of the lobby and the breakfast room so our daughter could play while we enjoyed the great coffee and the varied breakfast (raw and cooked prosciutto, Salami, various cheese, sweets, etc.). Fully recommended
