Perfect location, beautiful view from the room, comfortable and clean. We could store our bikes in the building next to the door. Breakfast was also amazing for this price.

“Good if on a budget and looking for a good location but don't expect too much”
The location is very good, right in the heart of the old part of Grado and a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was very good, the personal very nice and overall it was a good experience. The property was very clean and the cleaning lady was doing an exceptional job every day.

The small fridge and good AC in the room is very useful and rare feature in Grado. The breakfast and the whole service was better than we expected on this budget level. The central location is perfect for pedestrian or cyclist tourists.

A good location, close to the beach, a real buzz walking through all the dining out areas, great for short cycling trips. The breakfast was good.
