Overview
The newly renovated Matterhorn Valley Hotel Desirée enjoys a central location in Grächen, only 3 minutes from both cable cars. It features a sauna, a steam bath and a teens' corner with an Xbox and a Playstation. All rooms have been tastefully furnished and provide flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. From December to April, child care is available in the afternoon. A ski deposit with ski shoe warmers and winter sport equipment is also available. The Desirée hotel has a restaurant with a sunny terrace, serving Valais specialities such as fondue and meat grilled directly at the table. The cosy bar invites you to end your day in a charming ambiance.

Was switched to a nearby hotel of same group for to full capacity. Owner/ staff did their best to accommodate my needs, and was arranged to a very nice family room for the night. Lovely interior, spacious and clean!

the hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. the view of the mountains is spectacular. Location perfect right in the centre of the village and Zermattt is only a 15 minute drive away. Delicious breakfast.

Hotel is perfect located in the heart of Grächen. The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. The SPA area is great. Hotel, SPA, rooms very clean. What makes the biggest difference are the owners (family) and their staff. We went to many hotels, but never had such welcome feeling / customer service as there.
