Great location, and compared to Grace Bay where there were lots of construction work, Long Bay was quiet and beautiful. We were choosing between Ritz Carlton and The Shore Club and we were very happy that we chose The Shore. It has character and much more Caribbean feel than many of the other resorts including Ritz which felt like any beach resort in any location.

After a long journey we arrived at the hotel and presented the MB Way card with which we had already paid for the room through booking and from which the money had already left our account. They asked us for the card to pay the deposit and as it was an MB Way card the problems started as they did not accept our payment (already charged) claiming that these cards are fraud! I asked to call the manager KERRY HENDRICKSON who treated us very badly, saying that he was going to decline our payment and that we would have to pay with another card. However, we accepted their system as it was not working correctly and did not accept any of the 3 cards we had. The manager put our good name into question by rudely asking if we had money to pay for the room! As it was Sunday, it was decided that we would spend the night and the next day we would try to resolve it. Meanwhile we went to the restaurant and tried to pay with one of our cards, which worked perfectly! We asked to call the manager to make the payment on a different machine and to his surprise the payment was made without any problems. This same manager assured us that the first payment had been refused but he lied! 2 days after we left there the payment was charged for the second time, and at this moment the hotel has 2914.65 US D which are ours and were paid double! They don't respond to emails or refund money! We never thought that a hotel of this category could have an attitude like this! I have already spoken to booking and will follow up with a criminal complaint.

The hotel is amazing and its location is great if you are looking for a quite spot on the island. Being located away from the main tourist strip of Grace Bay means it is quite compared to other hotels. Food at the restaurants was nice, especially Sui-Ren, highly recommend.

Location was great. Food, service(especially housekeeping), accessibility, the not so crowded beach, and the view from the beach were top notch. Plenty of restaurants with different menus and different tastes. Nothing sketchy about it. My wife and I felt safe at all times.

Location of this property is just breathtaking. Beaches in Turks are well known for being exceptional but this has really exceeded our expectations. Facilities of the hotel are nice including lounge chairs, pool, bars and gym. Room is very clean, spacious and the cleaning service is very well done. Hotels is beautiful in terms of design and surrounding nature.

the shore club is a pristine hotel on the shore line. The warmest people , the bluest ocean , such lovely designed rooms, super comfy beds ( like a cloud )very very clean.

The Shore club was by far the best resort we have every stayed at. Everything about the resort was 5*, amazing staff and service (special shout out to Jermain at the beach bar, best bartender on the island :D), the facilities are stunning.. amazing interior design and attention to detail everywhere from the rooms to restaurants. Food options are slightly limited as it is a smaller resort but everything is top notch quality, reasonable prices for a 5* resort on Turks and Caicos. The shore club offers a truly exclusive feeling, despite being nearly full capacity it never felt crowded you can always get a cabana at the pool, seat at the bar or chair on the beach. We loved the location on Long Bay is it offers a much more exclusive private beach feeling than the crowded resorts on Grace Bay, we spent a part of our trip in Grace Bay to get a feel for it but will return to Long Back on our next visit. We are both Kiters and shore club offers the best launch spot at the best part of long bay, there is even compressed air to pump your kites.. We visited some of the other 5* resorts on the island and nothing compares, Shore Club is the only place we will stay when returning to Turks and Caicos.
