We liked everything! For sure we will come back to TCI at some point and this is the place we will choose :-)

Super friendly staff, we had a big villa with everything we needed. Grace Bay beach is 5 minutes away, they provide beach lounges, umbrellas and even a cooler to bring your drinks to the beach! The location is great, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, shops and a supermarket at a 10 min walk. The thing that we liked to most though was their garden, which looks like heaven! Lots of coconut trees and flowers, it is very serene and relaxing to drink your coffee on the patio with such a view. Only one thing to keep in mind, they don’t provide bathroom amenties, so bring your own shampoo/shower gel, because you will only find soap there.

Location was amazing! Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and some really great bars and restaurants. Staff were all super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very well situated location right in centre of Grace Bay. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind and helpful. Fixed any problems we had instantly. Location is beautifully set out, pool is nice, lots of amenities. Felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. Close walk to the beach where chairs were available. Lots of parking for your vehicle. Would highly recommend this place.

Location was perfect and the accommodation was airy and clean. The staff were very helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Use of beach sun beds was a great asset plus the loan of chairs, umbrella and ice box. Really useful and helped make our trips out comfortable.

“Great stay for our family of 5”

It was clean, spacious and modern. Good strength wifi and the location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and shops and only about 8 minutes walk to the grocery store. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and lovely people. A special mention for Margo as she helped us with any query we had and was super friendly.

I stayed here for a week with my two children and it’s was perfect. Super location. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, especially Margot who went out of her way to make sure we were welcome. Some of the fixtures are a little tired like the doors which made them a little hard to open but that was my biggest issue! Provided parasols and beds for the beach, and chairs for other beaches if we wanted. Location was perfect, super quiet. Would definitely book again.

The location is good, the hotel is good, the staff is friendily, but they cloud be a little flexible.

“Clean, Comfortable accommodation for families”

A short 5 minute walk to the beach across the street was convenient. The hotel provided a beach umbrella, cooler bag, beach towels and a cart to transport everything to the beach. At the beach, loungers were available at no cost for the hotel guests which was convenient. The apartment units were equipped with everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment style 2-storey units, with bedrooms on upper floor. Great for families on a budget as it is well priced compared to other hotels in Grace Bay. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and modest accommodation close to the main shops and short distance to the beach, this place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“All-in-all, we couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay.”

We stayed in the one cottage on the property. We appreciated having the kitchenette and the equipment to use the bbq provided. We made good use of the pool, loungers and tables when we weren't in the room. The walk to the beach was about 10 min and we received free chairs with the hotel chair cards. The beach itself was beautiful and on some days, also had a small food/drink tent. We were a 5 min walk from many of the restaurants and within about a 20 min walk of the farthest restaurants from us. The property is also about a 20 min walk from the fish fry on Thursday. While we did rent a car from the airport and drive some, this location could also be good for those who don't want to travel around too much. There are rental car companies around if you wanted to only rent for a day or two.

Location, location, location!! Within walking distance of all the amenities and great restaurants and the beach. The mattress was super comfortable too.

Probably the best value for money in the (very expensive) TCIs. Walking distance to Grace Bay and lots of shops & restaurants. But quiet and serene at the same time. Very spacious apartment. Own beach chairs, umbrellas that you can use. Helpful staff that offered useful advice and recommendations.
