Overview
Blue Haven Resort is an all-inclusive resort that features free Wi-Fi, private beach area, outdoor swimming pool, massage services and elegantly decorated suites and studios. The suites offer air conditioning, seating area, CD player, flat-screen TV with cable channels, dining area and equipped kitchen. The private bathroom has free toiletries. Some activities that can be performed at the resort are scuba diving, kayaking, jet ski, semi submarine rides and sunset cruises and sails. There is a golf course nearby. Blue Haven Resort is just 5 minutes’ drive from Grace Bay, where restaurants, shops, night life and other popular touristic attractions are located. All meals at the any of the resort’s restaurants as well as unlimited domestic and premium beverages at any of the resort’s restaurants, bars and swim up pool bar are included. “Very pleasant stay in quiet resort”
The property was small and very well maintained. The hotel and rooms were kept immaculately clean. We had 2 bedroom suite and it was huge.

“Okay but not good value.”
Good location, not too big a resort and in my view much more relaxing than the sister resort Alexandra. Food was excellent. I recommend Salt Pedro was very attentive and helpful.

“The best vacation we ever had ! Absolutely wonderful! Would definitely recommend this”
I will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.

I was bitten and eaten by bed bugs in room 203. I have pictures and proof and documentation. I showed the manager in person and he asked to send pictures via email. They did nothing about it bust sent a false report stating nothing was found. Now they are unresponsive to any further communication

“Wonderful stay and would stay again!”
We loved many things about Blue Haven, but our favorite thing was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, and accommodating. The food was great. The drinks were great. And the service was great! The Alexandria was closed and under construction, so they offered us a shuttle to a private beach. Our driver was one of our favorite people we met on the island! They packed us a cooler and lunch and we had the most beautiful and amazing beach almost to ourselves. I can't say enough about the beauty of the water. I have never seen the ocean so turquoise and clear!
