Lovely place with a great pool, delicious food and very nice people. A shop in the building, a kitchenette in the apartment including a small oven, a pot and a pan, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. A bigger shop a short walk away. No special luxuries, bu the airconditioning and all other appliances work fine. The beach is about 1km away, with a spacious free parking (but you can walk there too). It's a family business, not a corporate hotel, so if you need anything, just talk to the owners and they will help if possible.

Amazing friendly family, Rena cooked me a traditional breakfast on my first morning which was lovely. Charis is a great and hospitable host and manager and he let me watch a different football match on his laptop, whilst other games were on the TV. Dina is super nice too, she looks after the shop which was stocked with everything you can think of. Chef Vangelis provided quality meals in the evenings. The apartment was up to standard for everything it offered. My balcony sea view was amazing especially waking up to see this, everything was functional and fine. Bed was comfortable and towels and bedding clean. The pool area looks amazing and if you just want to chill there it's perfect. The apartment is out of town which I preferred because it was very relaxing, with mountains nearby, it took 15 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, I like walking and exploring so it was fine, I walked to Analipsi Beach and town via the nature reserve in half an hour. Bus is cheapest to travel to the nearest towns, but I also walked to Gouves which was around one mile away. My favourite town was Analipsi, a mix of tradition and tourist. Rena Apartments is a friendly welcoming family run place which reflects what it says it is and the staff make it even better. I will be coming back here next year! Thank you!

Staff was very polite. It's also worth buying breakfast right away, generally the food was good. Great place as a starting point for exploring eastern Crete. I was with my family and we had a very nice holiday there.

“Great value for money, clean, efficient stay”
The room is spacious, very clean and very efficient. Staff was very nice and helpful, kudos and huge thanks to Dina for her help with the mosquitoes and the taxi! Value for money at this property is unbeatable. Wifi is a bit spotty in the rooms during the day, but works well outside. Kitchen has plates, cutlery etc but bring your own coffee, dish soap etc.

Good communication with the host, very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Dina was also very friendly and helpful 🙂 we had everything we needed during our stay. The bar and shops is just downstairs.
