We had a wonderful stay. The suite was exceptionally spacious, immaculate, and cared for daily. The pool was clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. Each morning, breakfast was delivered to the room and offered a great continental selection with thoughtful Cretan influences. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. What impressed us most was how the property managed to feel genuinely luxurious without ever being pretentious. A place we would gladly visit again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, on hand any time. They brought a delicious breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and quiet. Perfect.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was exceptionally clean. A superb continental breakfast was delivered to your suite at a time of your choosing each morning. There are only 16 suites so it was never overcrowded around the very large pool in the sun at the back of the property. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach of Ebenus Suites.

Amazing and attentive service throughout our entire stay and really appreciated both the breakfast trays in the morning and responsiveness of Magda and her team throughout. Would really recommend this for anyone looking to stay in Crete.

We absolutely loved this place. Every room faces the sea, so you’re guaranteed a beautiful seaside view, with both sunrise and sunset (all room balconies face north). Magdalena was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate even our smallest requests. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of their own white wine waiting in the fridge. She was always attentive and spared no effort in making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning starting at 8:30. On one occasion, we planned an early trip to nearby beaches and mentioned we’d miss breakfast. Without hesitation, Magda offered to prepare sandwiches and juice boxes for us to take along. The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable large bed. The WiFi was excellent, and the TV setup allowed us to stream Netflix and Disney, plus there were plenty of international channels available. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby for dinner, along with small shops for everyday essentials. About 800 meters away, you’ll also find a laundry service with very affordable prices—perfect for light travelers (starting at 3€/wash).

Fantastic place, couldn’t recommend the staff more. The suite we stayed in was very well maintained, clean and modern. Breakfast was served daily to our room with a selection of fruit and savoury bits, delivered at the time you request. Area is nice with a few tavernas and easy to access shops plus beach. Would highly recommend the place for couples.

We had a fantastic holiday, the location, accommodation and cleanliness were excellent. From the time we arrived, Magda and her husband were extremely helpful and sourced Cretan cooking experiences for us. We had a late flight home a d they let us use the room until we left. I would thoroughly recommend the holiday.

It’s rare to meet someone so committed to making others feel like home. The breakfast served in the room makes you a beautiful way to start the day. Everything fresh and delicious. Enjoying breakfast from the comfort of our room and balcony was a real luxury. Ebenus is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel welcomed and cared for. The cleanliness of the rooms, quality of service, the atmosphere, and above all, the kindness of people like Magdalena and her team, make it truly special. All of the experience in your apartments was excellent! We loved it and it was very appropriate for our Honeymoon, as every detail (reception, cleaning, atmosphere, employees, communication etc.) was 10/10! We had nothing to worry about and we could only enjoy! Thank you for that ❤️
