We stayed in one of the family suite rooms and it was extremely comfortable with great facilities. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, giving us some recommendations for food as their restaurant was shut that night (due to a bank holiday)

We chose this hotel of two key reasons: - I am disabled (broken leg), and it was promoted that there are facilities for disabled. We did not receive these facilitites. - Restaurant in the hotel was important due to my broken leg, so I did not have to walk far to get food. When we met up then it was informed that the restaurant was closed that day. Most likely all other facilities in the hotel were great, but since these were very key facilities for us, then it ends up with an unpleasant stay over, and therefore a low rating.

“Convenient and fresh”
Restaurant open when we arrived late with a very nice service. Really good breakfast! Perfectly located when resting for a night while driving through Germany.
