Room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare. The staff were pro-active in trying to help me. The location is incredibly convenient for rail travel.

Do not book this hotel. Received a room downgrade without being informed. When we went downstairs to highlight it to the reception, they said they cannot do anything about it and we have to speak to the manager in the morning. In the morning another receptionist told us that the manager is not there but they will actively reach out. After a week and a bad rating from my end they did reach out and promised to transfer the room difference back. No explanation, no compensation. The kicker? Still did not receive the difference. Worst experience ever.
