Overview
This property is in the south-west of Åland Islands, 50 metres from a private sandy beach. It offers simple cottages with access to a shared kitchen and TV room. Wi-Fi is free. Djurviks Gästgård’s cottages include a fridge and a dining area. Toilets are shared. The small private terrace offers views of the garden and the Sea of Åland. A daily breakfast buffet is served in the main building. The spacious garden provides opportunities for games and other activities. A playground and BBQ area are also available. Guests can borrow rowing boats for free, and canoes are available for rent. Fishing and boat trips can be arranged. Åland’s capital, Mariehamn, is 12.5 km from Djurvik. Eckerö Golf Club is 24 km away. Mariehamn Airport is reached in 15 minutes by car, and Djurviks Gästgård provides shuttle service upon request.

Lovely place, lovely hosts, green quiet area, big common kitchen and cosy common room with deep couches and a sea front terrace. We saw deer in the garden in the early morning! Also lots of birds to watch.

The place is wonderful, quiet, and well-kept. Harry was very kind and treated us with great care. Birgitta's breakfast is super! Highly recommended!

So heartful place and kind hosts. Breakfast (that you could buy during the high season) was excellent. Our older child could not stop talking about the robot lawn mower, it was his favorite thing making this place his favorite stay.

“Nice place to relax in a very calm area”
We stayed in a cottage which contained a private bathroom, which was comfortable. Showers were in a separate building, but it was fine for us. The cottage was nice and well equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The area was very calm and quiet. There are no grocery stores nearby, so it is advisable to buy food for the whole stay in advance.

We booked a room but got out own cottage instead which was a nice surprise! The hosts were really very friendly and made the stay special. The check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated. The location is very beautiful and quiet. Finding the shower was a little challenge for us since it's in another building but the hosts were very helpful so it was no problem! Thank you!

“Really wonderful hosts.”
Two exceptional features make this place wonderful. The location on the shore and peaceful atmosphere for the first. However the most outstanding feature were the hosts, Brigitta and Harry who were very generous in taking us to the main road to catch a bus. All with friendliness and smiles. The breakfast was good, the guest kitchen well equipped and the terrace overlooking the water was lovely.

Clean,modern and well equipped with up to date kitchen. Well kept, tidy and fresh sanitary facilities. Modernly decorated and up to date cottages with good beds and clean fridge. Hotel quality breakfast sortiment with home made local type of breads,yoghurt,muesli and so on. Gluten free pancakes and fresh coffee with amazing views to the ocean! Family friendly place. Friendly and caring host family.

“Cute summer cottag in Aland”
We stayed in one of the side rooms and it was lovely! The hosts were very lovely to us, we ended up booking the sauna last minute and let me tell you, the sauna is FANTASTIC! Love the loving room, the porch and it’s so close to the beach as well! Everything was magical. Definitely recommend it for a summer cottage stay.
