“Good access to outlet and coaches, but far from JR station and the main business street.”
Breakfast is okay, not excellent as it advertise on the booking site. Good onsen and modern facility. Very close access to coach service. If you are visiting the outlet, note that the free shuttle actually stop at the coach station near the hotel. I originally booked a smoking room because it is the only room type left, but I don't smell any strong tabacco smell at all.

“Location, price, extras hard to beat the view as well.”
Clean, great staff, value for money, free breakfast, free bar at night and free breakfast. Great location to freeway and our window view was fabulously

The breakfast is good and the room is clean. A lady staff had been very helpful in advising how my daughter and I could get to Shinjuku by the highway bus. I forgot to get her name but she could communicate in mandarin.

“Forgettable hotel by a busy road”
The bed was fairly comfy and if you get a clear day, you will see the mountain. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

1. Convenient location to Gotemba premium outlet. 2. Cheap laundry machine (¥300) with free usage of dryer. 3. Nice onsen and free additional pillows. 4. Super helpful front desk staff. 5. Mt Fuji view.

“Location convenience”
The convenience shop was within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I was looking for a place to buy a wheelchair, but it seemed that the area wasn’t convenient for finding one. The staff kindly suggested ordering it online and even offered to help collect the goods on my behalf. Their assistance truly made a difference

“Nice hotel but…”
Hotel is nice and clean, with great view of Fujiyama. They offer bunk bed with a double bed which is nice. They also have welcome drinks including wine but stopped too early.

Location was quite good, views if you get a Mt Fuji view were terrific. Breakfast wasn't to my liking but appeared ample. Hot Bath's were lovely. Staff were very helpful.
