Amazing location with view of the mountains , helpful staff who rented us snow shoes , good value for money

We stayed at this hotel over New Year’s Eve (from December 31 to January 2), and the experience was genuinely lovely. A huge thank you to the reception guys who worked on the night of December 31 — they are real heroes. We were informed in advance that the bar and restaurant would not be operating. Instead, the hotel provided a shared fridge (small, with a glass door). There was also a coffee machine, a kettle, sugar, water carafes, and a microwave. The corridors and rooms were very warm, seems there is central heating, and it works well. There are no very thick blankets, so if you are sensitive to cold, you might want to bring something extra, like pajamas. The water is hot, and you can also ask for a hairdryer at reception. The views around the hotel are absolutely stunning — the location is incredibly beautiful, and simply walking around is a pleasure. There is a spacious parking area with more than enough space for all guests. Another big plus is that the place is pet-friendly. There is a small extra fee of 8 euros per dog.

“Good location but very poor facilities”

Good location if you would like to climb the Pedraforca and do other routes. The restaurant is good value for money and the terrace is very nice.

“Ideal location for an overnight stay in combination with walks in the Natural Park”

Located on the edge of the village beside the road. Good access to footpaths leading into the Natural Park with options for all abilities. Very welcoming and the restaurant provided a good evening meal and a good breakfast. Roadside parking available in front of the hotel. The hotel acts as a local hub so there was plenty of coming and going to add interest.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent. Dinners good more 'rustic' than haute cuisine. Location is perfect for hiking.

Staff very nice, the village is beautiful and the area as well. Unfortunately when we went they had a problem with hot water, but from my perspective they have been very nice in any case, and was just an unlucky event. Hope you can get it fixed soon! Suggested place, very nice experience.
