Efficient staff, good location

My recent stay at Qubus Hotel in Gorzów Wielkopolski was truly exceptional; the entire experience was delightful. The staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast buffet was genuinely fantastic—a true highlight of the morning. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable, offering easy walking access to key attractions and shops, with the Askana shopping centre conveniently situated right across the road. To perfect this already excellent offering, I strongly urge the hotel to upgrade to providing two pillows per person instead of a single one. This simple adjustment would significantly enhance guest comfort, offering superior support for spine alignment, especially when relaxing in bed to watch television. Implementing this change would elevate the guest experience from great to truly outstanding! Thank you, QUBUS Hotel!

This hotel is located in the city centre and easy to find but is in a very quiet location . The evening meal and the breakfast were superb . The staff were very friendly and efficient and spoke superb English . My room was clean , quiet and had a very comfortable bed . I can highly recommend this hotel .

“The hotel is a good choice for one night (as a stopover on a long journey) as well for a longer stay”

The hotel is located in the city center, easy to find. There is a shopping center across the street. For an additional fee, you can park your car in the hotel garage. An alternative is to park your car on the street next to the hotel (city public parking area), however from 9 AM this becomes a paid area. The hotel staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, corresponds to the hotel status.

Staff were really friendly and would do anything for you to help if I asked. Same guy on reception who couldn't of been nicer. The room was perfect for what I needed. Lots of space and very comfortable.

“Breakfast opened earlier for our group”

Although we had all booked completely independently, I was one of a large group staying here for just one night (a Saturday). We arrived a little before 9pm but had to leave to catch a train just after 7am (on Sunday morning). One person had contacted the hotel in advance, and the restaurant stayed open later than usual and breakfast started earlier than usual in order to accommodate us. In fact, although breakfast was supposed to open at 6.30am, it was already well underway at 6.20am - very much appreciated! Lovely hotel, modern, clean, comfortable, 5 minutes' walk from railway station and very easy to find. We were told this was a business hotel, which was usually very quiet at weekends.

The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, despite the one member of staff being rushed off his feet by our party of about 20 all arriving at once.

Very handy for main station, and tram routes , comfortable rooms , good restaurant. Wi fi worked well.

Excellent staff - we returned very late on the Saturday night and were able to have dinner. No complaints about our lateness from the staff and excellent food

Perfect hotel, great location (just 5 minutes walk from the main railway station). Good rooms with enough space for luggage, comfy beds. Nice restaurant, great breakfast. Car parking is available for 50 PLN (ca. 12,50 EUR). We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!
