“Beat Armenian hospitality home stay”

The people there were lovely , a treasure of hospitality and good heart .it is an Armenian appartment . I would not change this experience even for a free five star hotel For what you pay , you get so much good energy and a whole Appartment . Don’t miss it

“Memorable abode in Goris on X-Mas time (Orthodox)”

It appeared to be like home. Olga was so kind and attentive to smallest of the needs. It is a full independent apartment with beautiful carpets, sofas in bedroom and in lounge and sunfilled balcony. In winter the cocktail of warm sunshine and cold wind that not only matures juicy grapes but also offers elixir of pure Nature to humans. Olga welcomed me with food: the best cuisine of Caucasus everyday! After harassing time in Yerevan hostel I felt sweet joy of my home. Her Washing machine is like a magic wand: all my clothes including cap and my down jacket.All washed and dried quick in sun and wind. She arranged a very good car and young man Vahed to take me to Tatev Monastery It was exhilarating experience. 6th January is Armenian Orthodox X-Mas and I wish her Merry XMas! May she stay Blessed and kind!

The host was extremely kind, nice and helpful. She even prepared an Easter breakfast for us as a surprise. She brought us candle when the power went off.

Good, friendly people. The service is fairly good. The location is great, close to the market, services, and the main Goris Square.

Fantastic, full-apartment option in the middle of Goris. I came for a couple days and ended up staying for a week or so. Definitely recommended.

People should be realistic when reviewing a facility,otherwise others will be easily mislead when looking for an accommodation that suits their needs&budget, just like I were mislead by this property's reviews. Firstly,the host has no minimum politeness or hospitality skills. very abrasive and quite rude both via emails and face to face.For a tourist traveling 300 km from yerevan a communicative host is a must! I asked for directions and guidness and I received rude short du*mb answers even with the help of translation. I was shown into a terrible room that looked nothing like photos and when I asked about this the host said that I can go to another hotel if don't like it which I did next day morning. The place doesn't have any of the basic facilities or equipments and even 6000 a night is too much for this barn.moreover,the door is not secured. No curtains available so you're completely exposed no privacy. a broken kettle in the so called kitchen,gro*s sofas extremely cold smelly toilet....

The house has a balcony with armchairs. That was relaxing to sit and look at the evening Goris.

The location was amazing. The lady was lovely and helpful. Secure parking, Clean and very big room. Shower and toilet was super..Bed was very comfy. Excellent value for money. Loved it there!
