It was a home like apartment, very comfortable at a great location. But what made our experience exceptional was Magda. She is a wonderful host. She gave us some wonderful information about the area and great recommendations for activities.

Magda is wonderful host, offered as beer, wine and pastry when we arrived and also told us everything about the dissappearing lake and its surroundings. 😊 She made us feel like home. Apartment was very clean and spaceous, comfortable bed. Good to know: Payment only in cash, like it's clearly stated in the apartments info (pricing information).

There are two great things about this place: the owners and the view. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. We were welcomed with ice cream, beer and coffee. Advised with places worth to see and facts about the temporary lake. There was enough space for two adults and two children (9 and 14). Very specious bathroom. There is always a place to have a morning cup of coffee outside the building.

We arrived and the hosts took the time to explain a lot about the area and the intermittent lake. We loved their passion. They were very nice, authentic, positive and helpful. We felt very good there. The region is worth the while to visit, unfortunately we were there for only 3 nights and it felt like not enough to discover all the possibilities. There a also nice walks to do from the home to the forest close by. There are a lot of bears in the region and if you're lucky you could see one during a walk. The hosts told us that sometimes bears come to eat fruit in their garden at night.

Instantly made to feel very welcome and a great chat over coffee about the local area. The whole property is beautifully kept and immaculately clean with impressive views over the seasonal lake. The hot water does take a minute or so to run hot (we were told this on arrival) but it is nice and hot with good pressure. We opted for breakfast both days and were not disappointed. A great and plentiful selection. The hosts genuinely care and want their guests to enjoy their stay. The attention to detail and personal touches made our stay special. We loved the quiet rural setting surrounded by nature. For us that was perfect
