Hotel was fantastic. Lovely family who couldn't do enough for you. Great location. Rooms large and clean, with snacks given as a treat ie nuts or fruit. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Pool was lovely area to wind down and relax and refreshments were offered frequently.

The rooms were beautiful. We had our room upgraded to a cave room which was huge. The staff were amazing and everyday brought us fruit and nuts and brought us drinks whilst we relaxed by the pool. The breakfast was amazing with such a variety which changed each day. They also cooked you eggs and omelettes and asked you if you wanted to try anything different and very Turkish. It was only a few minutes walk and you were in the centre.

The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us. They upgraded our room and looked after us with drinks by the pool. They even made us a packed lunch on our last day as we had an early start.

Cave Lodge is a wonderful place where to spend your time in Göreme! Really! Apart from the beauty and the romantic side of the place, the whole team is nice, helpful and really interested in their guests. There is this atmosphere of professionalism along with a feeling of being at home. We really loved it!

Our stay in Göreme, Cappadocia was absolutely unforgettable, and this hotel made the experience even more special. The location is perfect—very central and close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making everything easy to access. The hotel itself is incredibly cozy, beautiful, and full of charm, creating the perfect Cappadocia atmosphere. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop terrace, where you can watch the hot air balloons at sunrise and take amazing photos with one of the most beautiful views in the region. Waking up early to see the balloons from there was truly magical. The entire staff was exceptionally hospitable, kind, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They helped us book our balloon tour, gave us excellent recommendations, and patiently explained how to get to each tourist attraction, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The breakfast was also wonderful, with fresh local options and a lovely setting to start the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, combining traditional cave hotel charm with modern comfort. Every day we were surprised with small thoughtful gifts from the hotel, like nuts, fresh fruits, and other little treats, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything—from the hospitality to the atmosphere and the attention to detail—was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and will absolutely return on our next trip to Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning - right from the moment we made the reservation until our arrival - the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They reached out to us in a very friendly manner and went out of their way to help us plan our trip so that we could have an unforgettable stay. Mr. Murat, in particular, was very friendly and kind. Throughout the entire process, from making the reservation until our arrival, he communicated with me via both Booking and WhatsApp, gave us various tips for trips and experiences in the area, booked excursions for us, arranged an airport transfer, a hot air balloon ride, and more. The hotel is gorgeous, combining stone and cave-style rooms. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There is also a pool. Plus, every day we received a little treat from the staff - fruit or nuts. Breakfast was served every day and was very plentiful and delicious. Everything was available - a buffet with hot and cold dishes, sweet and savory. We really enjoyed everything. Plus, sitting up on the terrace with the view was breathtaking. The hotel is very clean; everything was beautifully tidy. The hotel is also in an excellent location, right next to the main road, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Göreme. Yet it is very quiet. Everything in Göreme is within walking distance. Other activities in Cappadocia are also just a short distance from the hotel, as Göreme is located right in the middle. All the staff are very kind and friendly. We even got to know the hotel owner, who personally attended to us and told us about how he renovated and built the entire hotel. I must especially highlight the receptionist, Murat, who is exceptionally attentive, kind, and friendly, as well as very professional. He took care of us the entire time and arranged all our booked activities. Staying at this hotel was an absolutely unique and fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this place. Everything went perfectly; we were completely satisfied.

The service was amazing and the staff are super hospitable. We came here for me and my husbands 1 year anniversary and we had the best time. The staff welcomed us and treated us like family, it felt so homely. Cappadocia is an amazing place but this hotel made it 100x better and enjoyable. We've been on 4 holidays abroad this year and out of all the hotels we stayed in, this was our favourite. The breakfast was amazing, good selection, and abdul made a declicious tea for us on our first morning here! I forgotten the other 3 gentlemens names, they were so sweet to us too. They delivered us different fruits every evening too!

From the moment we arrived (in which we arrived very late) Burak and all the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and helping us with all the planning. The cave-style rooms are beautifully designed, combining authentic charm with modern comfort. The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious spread of fresh, local ingredients that set the tone for a great day of exploring. We would highly recommend Göreme Cave Lodge to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy stay in Cappadocia. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff and owner were so helpful and the hotel was central and very clean . Nothing was too much trouble and they organised all my tours and balloon ride for me . The breakfast was excellent and the pool a real bonus in the heat .

Beautiful place to stay, lovely rooms, felt very private and quiet but only a few minutes walk from all the action. Lovely sun terrace for sundowners and ups too! The family who own it were very friendly and helpful when we were trying to book trips. Would definitely visit again!

“Perfect hotel”

The staff were the number one thing about this hotel. They really went the extra mile to make you welcome and make sure you have the best time on holiday. The pool was a must to relax and cool down in the hot Turkish climate. Location is good… really glad we stayed here.
