Seyhan and Avin really made the stay feel truly homely. They were so welcoming and attentive and took pride in making everyone feel comfortable. The breakfast and tea were lovely, and good social environment.

If you’re reading this and wondering whether to book this place, stop thinking and just book it! The team here made my stay in Cappadocia infinitely better. They gave me helpful advice on activity pricing, mapped out my hike using the Maps.me app, and organized pickups and tours seamlessly. The highlight was learning to make my own gözleme with Lutvia at the Old Cappadocia Hotel, which was an unforgettable experience. Everyone is so friendly, heartwarming, and attentive, and they keep the property beautifully maintained. The rooms and showers are spotless, and I especially loved how peaceful and quiet it is- (I visited during early April so outside their peak season)

This was an excellent stay with amazing staff. They were extremely kind and helpful. It is also a great location.

Very good Hotel. We booked the private room with private bathroom and they upgraded us for free to a bigger room. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. It had heater inside the room and bathroom which is great for the winter and mid season. The room is big as mentioned in the other reviews i read. Avni helped us to book the balloon flight, and the price was very cheap compared to online. We parked our rental car in the hotel street, very easy, safe and always had space. The staff was very kind which was the best part of our stay. Really recommed staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay at Diadem. The owners / managers are the most pleasant and friendliest that I’ve met during my travels. They organized a shuttle bus from the airport at a late hour for a reasonable price

Helpful friendly owners & staff. Cosy & clean hostel. Good Turkish breakfast included. Good location, few mins from main bus station. Everything you need is very close by. They will organise all/any trips/tours for you too. As there is no cooking faciiity available for use by guests! A microwave would be a good asset, at least one could warm up food. Just an idea. Thanks for everything.

Exceptional hospitality! A warm and cozy stay. Staying here for 3 nights was the highlight of my trip. Despite the unpredictable February weather, I had two beautiful days to explore the Green and Red tours, which were both fantastic. ​The room was spotless, cozy, and very warm at night, ensuring a great rest. What truly sets this place apart is the people—the owners, and the entire staffs are incredibly friendly and treat you like family. As a traveler from Taiwan, I deeply appreciated the genuine hospitality here. ​Don't forget to visit the owner's wife's restaurant, "Old Cappadocia," in town—it’s delicious! I love Cappadocia not just for its landscapes, but for the wonderful people here.

I consider myself lucky to have chosen Diadem Cappadocia Guest House and Hostel for my stay in Cappadocia. As basically all of the previous reviews have mentioned, Avni, Seyhan and Osman were amazing and made the stay a little more special than it otherwise would have been. They were also great in helping me make a balloon booking and just in general with recommendations etc. If I am lucky enough to go back to Goreme in the future, I will definitely repeat my stay.
