“Very controversial”
Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa. Nice balcony. Sea view. High-speed internet (both wifi and LTE). Awesome cafe across the road - Capola (try their grilled dorado). The property could be great, if the host will address two critical problems below. Ask him about those before booking.
