Everything is perfect in this homestay! Host is super friendly and nice. She offered to fetch us out for dinner nearby and prepared delicious breakfast for us. Room is comfy. Common area is nice too. We will definitely come back and stay again :)

Wonderful host who shared the art of tea ceremony and her husband who teaches floral arrangement. Wonderful vegetarian breakfast that even the kids liked. Two cute cats and one friendly dog!

Loved the homely vibe, personal touches and very friendly hosts who made sure to take really good care of us and even hung our laundry for us when we couldn’t make it back in time. We were so touched. Breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Toys provided for our toddler.

“Best part of our Taiwan trip”

Just impressed by everything we were offered. The location was really nice. The room was quiet, spacious and cozy. Auntie offered us free rides to downtown Miaoli so that we could walk around and experience stuff. Breakfast was more than phenomenal. It was all homemade Taiwanese authentic stuff and very fulfilling. Auntie was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We would love to come back one more time.

The quaint setting brought us much calm and peace mig way through a rather hectic itinerary. The owner offered a tea appreciation session which is a highlight of the trip.! Breakfast was sumptuous too!

Great location on the western coast. Easy to get to and transfer to other areas. The quad room was very spacious and set out really nice. We were met by the host who put on a welcoming tea ceremony for us. The house hosts their studio of fine arts and crafts which was a real treat to look at and purchase the item. Communal room for kitchen and dining was beautifully set out and equipped. Breakfast was local foods made fresh and plenty.

The host was exceedingly friendly and amicable, explaining the facilities and neighbouring areas of interest. She was also super helpful in not only helping to check if neighbouring places of interest were available for hiking, she also helped to call neighbouring restaurants to 1) check if they were still operating, 2) help make a reservation thereafter. There was even a super cute shiba-mix rescue!!!

the lady owner was super friendly, did her intro even though we arrived late at night 9pm. 邱姐 prepared her home grown breakfast & her husband made us tea. Took with us some succulents as well. Highly recommended. She even had a shower chair for my mum. 👍👍👍

Breakfast was homemade by the owner herself, who catered to our needs (we are vegan). Breakfast was a lot of food, it was good and healthy. She went out of her way to cook seasonal produce.

“Very nice and kind homestay bosses who made us feel right at home”

The nicest homestay owners who made you feel like friends coming for a visit. They brewed us various teas on our arrival and we had such a easy and nice time talking to them. The house is huge , beautifully designed and taken care of with pretty flower arrangements by the boss. They conduct flower arrangements lessons there too for locals. Boss loan us their bikes and we cycled around the paddy fields and she also showed us the way on her motorbike. Thank you!

This is the BnB to go if you want to rest and heal your soul. Warm host who prioritises the full experience of Hakka culture in Miaoli. The name of the BnB in chinese suggests a slow gathering of inner strength. It definitely did that for us in the short stay.
