Very cozy and comfortable place to spend a night when traveling. Would definitelly stay again if we need to. Easy communication with the host.

Lovely, modern and comfortable studio apartment with bed area separated by a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf type ornament with solid blinds on windows for those who like sleeping in. Open plan living room area: lovely layout with large cupboard for coats/shoes with iron/ironing board/broom as you walk in; Smart TV situated on top of a handy cupboard which we used for kid's toys. You can cast Spotify/YouTube etc. from your smartphone to TV via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi. Our little one slept on a double sofa bed which converts to a sofa in the day as it has an internal storage for the double covers & 2 pillows with sheets. Very nice towel set supplied per person on arrival. Plenty of large cupboards for storing stuff above built-in washing machine (with few washing tabs supplied in an under the sink cupboard). Drawers in the bathroom with a few handy essentials supplied on our arrival and plenty of storage for bathroom stuff. Modern, wall-mounted air conditioning with a remote. Large balcony with a table and 2 chairs, overlooking a modern playground for kids with sandpit, accessible via a side gate once you walk around the apartment block. Parents and kids who play there are very friendly. Kitchenette with electric double hob with extractor fan and lights, easy to clean and has a child-lock. Fitted, good size dishwasher to fit all the dishes and plenty of dishwasher tablets supplied. Delonghi coffee machine with a few pods on our arrival. Excellent communication with the owner via mobile phone number. Even supplied us with extra coffee pods when we rang with a query and to ask where we could buy extra ones. Kettle with tea, sugar and milk pods supplied on arrival. Large sink with built-in dish washing liquid pump dispenser and plenty of soap and sponge supplied. Large walk-in shower with shower gel, shampoo and hand wash supplied washing machine in a cupboard with a few a few washing pods, Clever box for key pickup & drop-off. Double locks.

Clean and tidy, air conditioning

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 1 night at the apartment. Everything was new, fresh and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. All needed to prepare a meal was there. Both beds were comfortable and large. We were surprised to discover a washing-machine in the kitchen! The area is quiet. We couldn't hear any neighbors either. What would be great to add is vacuum-cleaner (there is a sweeping broom available) and a microwave. A big thanks to the owners who are very kind and helpful people.

The location was great, very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and had everything you may need for the stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine and many other small details. Lukas is a great host. He was very kind and solved an issue with our booking very quickly! I absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone who is staying in Golinow!

Cleanliness, everything is good, housing is new. The owner took care of everything down to the last detail. Having your own place in the underground parking lot.
