We had a lovely stay in April. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Facilities are lovely and clean.

The property was nice but you could tell they are still working on it. The outside had two pools one of was full with water and the other was not. The beach part seem not ready to be used. The inside pool sauna and steam were ok but not always clean. It also seem like the weather was not being filtered so the whole day had the same water in it making it dirty. The Sauna was off same as steam room so it had to be turned on by ourselves when using and we had to fetch water somewhere for the sauna. Now the waitresses in the restaurant and bar were nice but the waiters were racist. When something was ordered by us we had to make payment there and then we will be told that they are clsomg their shifts but none of the other customers would need to pay. It felt like they are watching over us. So each time we ordered receipt was given for payment straight away and these waiters never left their shifts as they said. At some point after tipping all waiter and waitresses each time something bought that we did not pay. And we were screamed at meanwhile we did pay so we asked to check the cameras and look at the transactions and even still gave them a tip. The manager was nice and deescalated the situation and gave us complimentary stuff when we booked our massage. But this made us feel very uncomfortable as African women.

Amazing resort , honestly have nothing negative to say . I loved the private beach area and the staff were so friendly . The views were amazing . Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at . Food was halal too

The ambient was amazing! The buffe was 3 times per day each was more and more delicious. Every corner was super clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, the staff were very kind and available all the time. Pinea had dreamy views, sea view and pine view.

I recommend this hotel, everything was fine from cleanliness, comfort and food.

Very nice hotel,close to the sea with a very nice Spa. Restaurant is amazing and the best squid I ever tried! Staff very helpful and friendly, will come back!
