The apartment was amazing and spacious, everything was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and it was pretty close to the beach.

We fell in love with the place from the very first moment. Etion was an excellent host: he showed us everything, gave us plenty of recommendations, and we could reach out to him via WhatsApp at any time. The apartment is located in a beautifully maintained, quiet complex with 24/7 security. It’s about a three-minute walk to the sea, which was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself was very well equipped. It’s clear that Etion thought of everything, as it truly had all we needed – from towels and Wi-Fi to a coffee machine and even toys for our child. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver, especially with temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and plug-in repellents are also available, which is great. Personally, I wasn’t bothered by mosquitoes at all, but for anyone who is, you're well protected :) The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept really well throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and we honestly have nothing to criticise. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever return to Golem, this is definitely where we’ll stay again!

The apartment is spacious, clean, in a fantastic environment, but a few steps from the beach and restaurants. The trees evoke an oasis 😊 in the hot weather. The apartment is modern and well equipped, with everything you need for a vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, small kitchen appliances, coffee maker, etc.). There are two private terraces on both sides of the apartment. We also had the opportunity to have a barbecue in the small private garden at the back. In the back garden, a separate foot wash was created so that the sand brought from the beach does not have to be brought into the apartment. The complex is constantly guarded, and all guests are kindly welcomed at the gate. The wifi worked well, the air conditioner was also very useful. 😊 The owner, Etion, was excellent at communicating before, during, and after our trip: he answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and even checked by text to make sure we were happy with everything during our stay. We were extremely satisfied with the apartment and our host.

Great location!!! Guarded complex 24 hours. 50 meters from the sea, clean beach with a promenade. The house has everything for life! The wonderful host Etion surrounded us with care and attention, we felt at home. We will definitely come again!

The apartment was simply perfect for our needs: it was spacious, well maintained in a tranquil environment but also steps from the beach and restaurants. The apartment complex is in a safe, gated area where children can play in the shades of tall trees and there are assigned parking spots. The apartment is modern and well-equipped with all the things you’d need on a vacation. There are two private terraces as well on both sides of the unit. The owner, Etion, was superb in communication before, during and after our trip: he answered all of our questions, made recommendations and even checked via texts if we’re happy with everything during our stay. We will definitely book this place again if we return to Golem and would 100% recommend this apartment especially for families with young children.

This is probably one of the best apartments I have ever visited. Spacious, comfortable, accesible, clean, quiet, and fully equipped and supplied, with the excellent WiFi, private backyard and reserved parking spot. Also, the location is ideal, within a complex of small buildings and villas full of vegetation and natural shade, with the beach reachable in a couple of minutes of easy walk. Etion was an excellent host, friendly and accessible throughout the course of our stay. All recommendations.
