Great and nice staff! Very clean and tidy. Parking was good too. Internet speed was good. There are a lot of restaurants outside. Great SPA!

Members of staff were vigilant. I had issues contacting a taxi , one of the members of the reception team (Raul) noticed and offered to help. Another lady whom l did't get her name was vigilant enough to see my toddler was distressed and choking,she was proactive and offered some water after offering reassurance. The place was clean and child friendly . Will definitely recommend it to family and friends and will definitely call again

“Not really worth 5* but not too bad”
- Rooms were spacious and very clean - Maids did a very good job cleaning our room daily, taking out trash, replacing towels, toaleteries and water bottles. They were incredible fast and efficient - Breakfast was huge and quite good - People at the reception were nice. We were able to do an early check-in at no extra costs - restaurant Fish&sea offering delicious sea food was 10 minutes away

“Wonderful stay at Klajdi”
Firsly I would to like to praise Raul, he was a perfect gentlemen,took us to and from the aiport, he was very helpful and always made sure everything was taken care of, he really made the whole experience more comfortable and worth while. We had our room upgraded free of charge, we had a an amazing stay.

At Klajdi Resort & Spa, we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere during the winter season. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
