Location is really good. It is only 5 minutes from the beach. Car park was easy. We had eveything we needed. The room was 1+1 and big enough for our family. Special thanks to Mr. Sokol....

Comment for host's response: Dear Sir, I would very much like to see the evidence for the slanderous words directed at me; I would gladly see the alleged recording. Such defamation belongs in court, although I doubt things work any differently than in Hoxha’s times. I hope that other potential guests will see my photos showing the Albanian sense of cleanliness. I strongly do not recommend this place. I have no idea where the positive reviews are coming from. The apartment was filthy. At first glance, it didn’t look bad, but once we settled in, we found dirty cupboards, leftover food (like a bag of cooked groats), and cleaning rags lying around. Supplies were stuffed in random places, suggesting this isn’t a true rental but more of a staff/storage flat. One evening, a staff member came by — while my wife was putting our child to sleep — and asked to come in. Shockingly, she entered the bedroom and rummaged through the closet where we had our things, saying she had blankets stored there. Everything was so dirty that we had to buy our own sponge, dish soap, and paper towels. The pots and pans were stored in the same cupboard as the trash bin. We didn’t want to use the provided towels or bedding. We were also placed in a different apartment than the one we had booked. Items listed in the offer (like a kettle or cleaning products) were missing. Communication was impossible — the owner doesn’t speak English, and every exchange had to go through a translator, who was clearly trying to cover for him. There is no free private beach, despite what the listing suggests. The beach is public or belongs to nearby hotels — you have to pay for sunbeds. When we brought this up, the owner reacted angrily, while his daughter tried to smooth things over. It felt deliberately misleading. It’s not quiet either. The apartment is on a very busy road and right next to train tracks.

Deas Apartments in Golem is a real gem! Newly renovated and luxurious at a fantastic price – just a 4-minute walk to a beach that easily rivals both the Italian and Spanish Riviera. The food is incredibly tasty and affordable, and with cheap flights, the whole trip is a bargain. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back
