Great location right next to the river. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Coors visit etc. Good staff who were always friendly.

“An absolute gem of a hotel”
This hotel is an absolute gem in a fantastic location on the main street and overlooking the creek with amazing views into the mountains. The staff are welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The hotel is absolutely immaculate with large comfortable rooms. We were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a creek view suite which was absolutely delightful. I really can't recommend the Golden Hotel enough.

“In general we had a pleasant stay in Golden Hotel and in the city of Golden itself, lovely place!”
I liked the location in the center of Golden and the room size were very comfortable for us. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Staff was in general very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the Golden Hotel.

“It was a very comfortable, western style hotel with friendly and professional staff.”
The location was great for walking along Clear Creek, museums, parks, shopping, restaurants and bars. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful with a cozy fireplace. Bartender was friendly and engaging.
